Disentangle the Grip of Stress

In this episode of Stress Reduction TV out intention is to invite the mind and body to disentangle from the grip of stress.

This embodied practice cultivates relaxation by using a waterfall of breath to help us let go. Each exhalation like a waterfall sliding down the back, initiating a sense of grounding AND letting go. We are telling the nervous system “it’s okay”.

Notice (expanding your field of awareness) how reassuring thoughts and words coupled with soft vocalization effect the nervous system. We are wired for this self-soothing, you can say soft whispers o yourself, “it’s okay”.
